Upgrade of our Customer Management System

We have recently switched over to a new customer management system . Each scheduled collection, the staff go to, they need to mark on the app that the service is done. This is whether, you, the customer, has put out bags or not, the system will send

out a message to you from Theresa and SLIPS that the team has been at the premises. For our business customers a signature is required for households and complexes no signature is required.

For customers in Observatory and Fernwood, this does not affect you at all.

The slip, once opened will show you the Date, and Time that they were there and also in the line that is headed with Supplies: it shows BC – which is Bags collected and some other information.

We have great hopes that not only will our collections improve but also our administration.

Over the last few months as we have grown, our admin has suffered and we are making every effort to make changes to give you a better customer experience.

Lockdown update

We will be opening Tues 14 April 2020 for collections. Your day of collection will be as per before lockdown. We have been closed since 26 March. During this time we have been approved as an Essenti
